DAILY POST: City lawyer DONALD KIPKORIR goes ham on State House blogger DENNIS ITUMBI-This is Savage (LOOK) Editor's Choice, Forum and discussion, News 07:15
Friday,
January 18, 2019- Flamboyant city lawyer, Donald Kipkorir, and State
House operative, Dennis Itumbi, had an ugly exchange on social media over the Media Council of
Kenya’s decision to threaten the New York Times for sharing photos of victims
of the Riverside terror attack.Kipkorir, who is known to flaunt his lavish lifestyle on social media, was of the opinion that the media council should pick on someone their own size as engaging the powerful American Newspaper is an exercise in futility.
“In threatening The New York Times, Media Council of Kenya is engaging in puerile stands.
" It’s like Kenya threatening US or Burundi threatening France. Some threats are just stupid! NYT apologized. The Owner of NYT is as rich as Kenya.
"We should look for our playmates,” read Kipkorir’s tweet.
His sentiments did not go down well with Itumbi who responded:“@ahmednasirlaw is richer than you and handles legal briefs of higher stature than you. He did not steal from the defunct Kenya Post and Telecommunication either.
"But when he tweets something you disagree with you tweet back his wealth notwithstanding!” Itumbi’s post triggered Kipkorir who decided to go ballistic on Itumbi describing him as an ‘errand boy’ who will never amount to anything in life’ Check out the exchange below..@ahmednasirlaw is richer than you and handles legal briefs of higher stature than you. He did not steal from the defunct Kenya Post and Telecommunication either. But when he tweets something you disagree with you tweet back his wealth not withstanding! @WehliyeMohamed — Dennis Itumbi, HSC (@OleItumbi) January 17, 2019

1. Your malevolence against me is bec I’ve refused to be your friend.
2. Ahmednasir is my Friend.
3. I’ve never taken handouts.
4. I’ve never stolen .. Will never steal.
5. You will never amount to anything in life .. you will always be an errand boy & a Media terrorist.
We don't have to be big and mighty to stand up for our rights. It is more about our dignity & principles. What NYT did is wrong. They don't do that when such things happen in the West. Lakini tuwache personal attacks na tuheshimiane. The enemy is Alshabab.
