Court orders elderly chicken defiler to pay sh100, 000 bond – Weekly Citizen

Makadara  Law Courts  ordered a 65 year old man suspected of committing  an unnatural act with his landlord’s chicken to pay sh100,000 bond with a surety of similar amount.

Pius Mwendo, a watchman at a school in Kahawa West allegedly molested to death his landord’s chicken on January 30,2020.

According to the landlord Francis Waweru, the suspect committed the early morning heinous act at his garden.

Mwendo denied the charges before Chief Magistrate Heston Nyaga.

The remains of the chicken were photographed and the pictures will be used as evidence in the case.
