January 21, 2019-A woman from Hunters Kasarani has raised an
alarm on her perverted neighbor who might be a psychopath.

She peeped through the window since his curtains were drawn and
lights were on and saw him masturbating while naked.
He was stroking his d*ck and she could see everything.
She assumed the man was just on a dry spell but she caught
the guy red handed again doing the same thing.
3 of her neighbours have reported seeing the guy masturbating
while naked and at times, he makes sure people see him doing it by opening the
window or putting the lights on and drawing the curtains.
She fears the worst may happen to her 5 year old daughter.
