Italian Guido Migliozzi is the winner of the Magical Kenya Open after carding 16 under par 268 at the Par 71 Karen Country Club.
Migliozzi had rounds of 67, 68, 64, and 69 as he went on to win 183,330 Euros in Prize money equivalent to 20.7 million shillings, the championship trophy, and the winner’s red jacket.
Second place was a tie between Spaniard Adri Arnaus; and South Africans Louis de Jager and Justin Harding who carded 15 under par 269.
Thika’s Simon Ngige was the best placed Kenyan on 5 under par 279 to finish joint 25th while Great Rift’s Justus Madoya finished 72nd on 5 over par 289.

Chief Guest on the final day President Uhuru Kenyatta said that his government will meet the costs of all National Teams through the Sports and Social Development Fund.
He said by sponsoring youth talent development activities, the government aims at creating a strong feeder system of talented sportsmen and women for national teams.
The President added that the government will invest in age grade sport.
Cabinet Secretary for Tourism Najib Balala said that following the success of the Magical Kenya Open, Kenya will host a round of the Ladies European Tour.
The Magical Kenya Open was making its debut on the European Tour and will remain on the calendar for another four years.
