Kisumu Central voters starve at meeting waiting for MP – Weekly Citizen

Kisumu Central residents are accusing their MP Ouda popularly known Dugi Dugi of taking them for a ride. Ouda had pledged to meet a section of his voters from Railway ward to discuss development issues for first time ever since he was elected but he did not show up.

According to the voters, frantic attempts to reach the MP on phone on the material day of meeting bore no fruits as his phone went unanswered. “We tried reaching him on phone on the eve of the meeting but he never picked.

However, we never sensed anything sinister until the following day when he continued to ignore our calls even as we texted him and told him we were already at the venue. We wonder why the MP is always quick to respond and attend meetings organised by women voters,” an organiser of the aborted meeting lamented.

Raila and Ouda

The stranded residents were forced to organise an impromptu harambee at the meeting point to cater for their lunch and refreshment after waiting on hot sun. Some were heard whispering that the guy was seen somewhere in town. Ouda is not new to controversies and is a man said to be misunderstood in his mysterious operations behaving holier than yet he stands on skeletons hidden under the carpet.

Dugi Dugi who was elected after he stripped naked during IEBC demos to please Raila Odinga promised voters that if elected he would strip naked in parliament in case Jubilee MPs attacked Raila after he assured his voters that Raila was be president.
