Jubilee Party new Majority Whip in the National Assembly Emmanuel Wangwe has given Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria 7 days to vacate his office as the Vice Chair of Public Works, Housing and Transport. In a letter seen by the Kenyan Report, Wangwe who replaced Benjamin Washiali says this is in accordance with the standing orders of the House.

The MP on Monday evening captured the attention of Kenyans with his controversial Facebook post. Coming hot in the heels of a Jubilee PG meeting at State House, Kuria. In a post that seems to target the head of state, the Gatundu South MP had earlier given a list of Kenyans assassinated during Jomo Kenyatta’s regime. Jomo was President Uhuru’s father.

”Kungu Karumba, Dr Johnstone Muthiora, Pio Gama Pinto,Tom Mboya,JM Kariuki. The take-home message of the dayThe sword never went back without meat. Lord Hear Us,” Kuria earlier wrote. ”So what after you kill me? Am I the last one who will speak the truth to you and your power ?” he asked.
