Saturday December 23, 2018– A section of Rift Valley leaders have
congratulated Deputy President William Ruto for attaining Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
in Plant Ecology.

Ruto’s bid for his hard work and tireless service to humanity.

Kikuyu MP, Kimani Ichungwa, who also attended
