DAILY POST: Shock as court stops Senator LINTURI from ‘stealing’ from his wealthy and estranged wife, MARIANNE KEITANY-See what he was doing , 23:51

Tuesday December 25, 2018-The High Court on Monday restrained Meru Senator, Mithika Linturi, from transferring property that he owns with his estranged wife, Marianne Jebet Keitany.

The properties include several registered companies and assets that they acquired together. The court further granted Ms. Keitany access to their home in Runda for the purpose of picking her children’s belonging. Keitany moved to court alleging that Linturi was planning to steal his property by transferring them to his name after their marriage went south. She also received restraining orders against the Meru Senator from physically or sexually abusing or threatening to abuse her, her staff, their six children and/or any other person associated with her. In the ruling, the court also granted exclusive occupation of the besieged couple’s shared residence to her. Linturi was further barred from loitering near the home or any other place where his wife frequents.
