Saturday January 19, 2019-Detectives investigating the terror attack at DusitD2 Hotel that left 21 people dead and score injured are now considering the possibility that the attack may have been an inside job.
This follows the discovery of a secret bullet-proof room inside the hotel that the Al-Shabaab terrorists hid their deadly weapons way before the attack; a clear indication that someone at the hotel let them in and even allocated the secret room for them from where they operated from. Besides, the terrorists had been frequenting the hotel prior to the attack and someone was attending to them. “We suspect an inside job considering these people had been frequenting the place as they schemed the attack,” said one of the officers investigating the matter. The police have since launched a probe into the hotel’s staff over a possibility they facilitated terrorists before the attackers struck on Tuesday.
