Entertainment News 11:12 Monday , December 24, 2018- Reuben Kiborek, the personal assistant to Water Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelugui, has been arrested after he raped the CS’s daughter.
According to police sources, Reuben  picked the under-age girl from Emining in Mogotio after luring her.  He then took her to a hotel where he destroyed her innocence. The incidence is suspected to have taken place at Nakuru’s Sarova Woodlands hotel  on Sunday, December 23.

According to police reports, he left Kibelion hotel off Nakuru-Kabarnet highway  on Saturday night and arrived at Nakuru's Sarova Woodlands  hotel at around 12 AM on Sunday  in the company of the under-age girl.

It's not clear how he managed to access the hotel with the girl but police suspect he might have bribed the management or played tricks on them to gain access.

He spent the remaining part of the night at the hotel with the girl and left on Sunday morning. Reuben Kiborek was arrested the same day near Mogotio polytechnic at around 8PM by flying squad officers after the under-age girl opened up on the  rape ordeal. Reuben is so close to Deputy President William Ruto, his son Nick and politicians linked to Ruto’s team tanga-tanga.

For those who don’t know Simon Chelugui, he is one of the richest Cabinet Secretaries according to a Parliamentary report. The former chairman of the Betting Control and Licensing board was valued at Ksh 796 Million in the report. There are murmurs that he accumulated a lot of wealth after receiving bribes from betting companies when he was the chairman of the betting  licensing board.
