Monday , December 24, 2018– Reuben Kiborek, the personal assistant to
Water Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelugui, has been arrested after he raped the
CS’s daughter.

to have taken place at Nakuru’s Sarova Woodlands hotel on Sunday, December 23.
According to police reports, he left Kibelion hotel off Nakuru-Kabarnet highway on Saturday night and arrived at Nakuru’s Sarova Woodlands hotel at around 12 AM on Sunday in the company of the under-age girl.
It’s not clear how he managed to access the hotel with the girl but police suspect he might have bribed the management or played tricks on them to gain access.
He spent the remaining part of the night at the hotel with the girl and left on Sunday morning.
