In Emuhaya subcounty ODM has Kutai Obushuru. In Luanda constituency, PPK of former governor Moses Akaranga has Tom Atingo (Luanda Township) and Zachayo Manyasia (Mwiboona). Ford Kenya won Luanda South Via (Alukutsa Caleb) with Moses Opole winning Emubungo on ANC ticket. In Emuhaya, Paul Tila of Central Bunyore won on Ford K and Manoah Wesley won UDP. Atingo is also egeing Luanda parliamentary seat. Atingo is deputy president William Ruto pointman in Luanda subcounty with Manoha in Emuhaya side.
