DAILY POST: Umaskini ni mbaya! Poor Kenyans line up at CS CHARLES KETER’s home to receive Christmas hand-outs(PHOTOs) Editor's Choice, Entertainment News, Gossip and Drama, Photos 08:54 Monday, December 24, 2018-Poor Kenyans flocked the home of Energy Cabinet Secretary, Charles Keter, to receive Christmas hand-outs with desperation written all over their faces.
The photos have caused a heated debate online, with various Kenyans expressing their opinions. Some people feel that the poor Kenyans who flocked Keter’s home are voting robots who are bribed with one day food. Others feel that Keter should come up with  longtime projects that can benefit these people instead of bribing them with  hand-outs.
