Drama was witnessed at the Milimani Law Courts this morning, Tuesday, May 30 after a woman accused Chief Justice David Maraga of being a deadbeat dad.

The woman identified as Mary Kwamboka Onyancha claimed that she met with CJ Maraga in 2013 at a church function and got into a relationship later on.

She added that they share a six-year-old daughter and the CJ hasn’t been supporting them since January this year.

Kwamboka also said that she went to Makadara children’s department and filed a case after which the CJ was summoned but refused to honor the summon.

“I met with Maraga and we had an affair. We have been friends since 2013 and now I have a six-year-old daughter…I have everything, I have been filing cases every now and then. …..He was even summoned by the Children’s Department and he refused to honour that one,” she said.
