Three dead following accident involving three vehicles on Nairobi-Mombasa highway

Three people were on Tuesday morning killed on the spot following an accident involving three vehicles near Maanzoni Lodge on the Nairobi-Mombasa highway.
Machakos County Government Emergency Services Director David Mwongela said the accident occurred when two trucks collided at an inter-section and knocked a Probox off the road.
The three deceased are drivers of the two trucks and one turn boy.
Officials from the county emergency services officers are presently struggling to save the driver of the Probox car who, at the time of publishing, was still trapped in the wreckage.
