360 degrees pizza is currently sourcing for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Cashier based in Nairobi.
Role:
Handle all cash transactions at our registers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
·         Ensuring that the set SOPs of cash handling are adhered to
·         Taking correct take away orders and ensuring they are correctly dispensed
·         Ensuring prompt billing is done and correct change is given
·         Ensuring delivery orders are prepared and picked on time
·         Suggestive selling products and introduction of new ones to guests
·         Maintaining high hygiene standards at the cashier station
·         Ensure cutlery is wiped, polished and well displayed at the respective stations
Qualifications:
·         Should be computer literate in MS suite
·         The person will have a working knowledge of Micros
·         Ability to work under pressure
·         Honesty and Integrity
·         Should be a good communicator
Core Competencies
·         Proficiency in phone etiquette
·         High profile on menu knowledge, new menu products and specials
·         Ability to multitask
·         Flexible
·         Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
·         Time management skills
·         Must have good customer service skills
·         Attention to detail and mathematical skills
·         Good sales skills
