DCI rules out suicide ,says Ruto guard Kenei murder was well managed – Weekly Citizen

Detectives have ruled out suicide and are now pursuing killers of Deputy President William Ruto’s guard Kipyegon Kenei as it emerges his murder was well managed.

The killers of Sergeant Kenei, a key witness in the ongoing sh39 billion fake arms deal involving former Sports CS Rashid Echesa possibly liaised with a staff at a mobile phone company to erase his communication details, making it difficult to tell those he spoke to prior to his brutal death.

Detectives have also dismissed suicide note collected from the slain officer’s house saying it did not bear his handwriting.

The planners made the suicide theory looked real by sending money to his family.
