Sex scandals rock Siaya communications office – Weekly Citizen

Siaya county communications department has been rocked by runway sex scandals that have sparked off outrage from members of the public demanding quick action against those amorous by governor Cornel Rasanga.
Concerned locals and a group of stakeholders have petitioned the governor to crack the whip after it emerged that a particular officer attached to the docket is implicated in a series of sex scandals, something that has been working against the image of the governor.
Communication team is directly charged with ensuring that the governor remains on the positive side at all times but the u of one officer has been put into question given his uncontrolled appetite for married women.

Rasanga

The man identified as a Salim Odeny has been the Talk of Talk (TOT), with accusations that he recently eloped with someone’s wife.
Curious members of the public have been making several trips to the governor’s office to have a glimpse of the randy man from the time the husband of the snatched woman went publicly with this ordeal. Officers at the communications office led by Jerry Sando and Eric Juma, a staunch Christian are literally walking with their heads down after the ugly news involving one of their own spread like a bushfire.
Understandably, Siaya communications docket is jammed with a group of individuals who are not officially recognided as county employees. Salim and one theatric Makamu wa Makamu are in the group which prides as governor Rasanga communications team despite the fact that they are only paid based on private assignments.
Those in the know describe them as governor’s attack dogs, always on standby to fire up the crowd and through their theatric prowess neutralise any environment considered hostile against their employer. Whereas Makamu has stuck to his job, Salim has painfully turned into a legendary wife snatcher and locals are now baying for his blood with latest plan in the works to publicly embarrass him in front of the governor.
There was public outrage that even spilled to the social media platforms in reactions to allegations that Odeny, who is a married man with three children had exploited his closeness to governor Rasanga, to snatch the wife of a middle-aged man only identified with street name as ruler.
By the time pressure was mounting on Rasanga’s office to take action, Odeny had reportedly stayed with the woman in undisclosed location for three days, prompting the husband to resort to public help.
His close associates told Weekly Citizen that, Odeny lost his last job with an international NGO due to his legendary appetite for married woman coupled with the fact that he was a drunkard who could not meet the high integrity standard set by the international body.
But through his oratory skills, he successfully maneuvered his ways into Governor Rasanga campaign team ahead of 2017 elections and is one of the people retained under local arrangement.
The motor-mouth wife snatcher describes himself as an activist, public critic, governance and development consultant.
