Details of letter written by Beloved John Apewajoye’s family to Ruth Matete

Emotions are running high as the Nigerian government refuses to allow gospel star Ruth Matete to bury her husband Beloved John Apewajoye.

Apewajoye succumbed to injuries caused by a burns after a gas accident at their home in Athi River.

An autopsy report revealed that he had over 60% burns and sepsis set in and led to his death.

The Nigerian Embassy has stopped Ruth from burying the body.

They claim the Nigerian government has to okay the move. This is after Ruth and her family paid for four autopsies with independent firms.

All of the pointed to the same thing, and ruled out foul play.

What makes this even more bizarre is the fact that the late Apewajoye’s family even wrote to the government and said they have no objection with his burial in Kenya.

According to the letter, send on April 29 to the Nigerian Embassy in Kenya, the family says,

“With regards to the death of our son, John Apewajoye, we request that the corpse should be buried by his Kenyan wife without further delay for his soul to be at peace. All autopsy results duly accepted.”
