Most women in Kitui county who are under no family planning method are still finding reasons not to use any birth control technique, despite increased efforts by health partners and government agencies to maximize birth control. According to a survey report released by Performance and Monitoring for Action (PMA), Kitui women using various family planning methods is above 65%.
