At least 40 passengers escape death in a bus-fire incident

At least 40 passengers escaped unhurt after a bus they were travelling in burst into flames along the Kisumu-Nairobi Highway near Buoye trading center. As Wycliffe Oketch reports from Kisumu, the bus, which belongs to the Guardian Bus Company was heading to Nairobi from Busia when one of its rear tyres caught fire, reducing it to a shell.
