Babu Owino organize KU students to heckle Museveni – Weekly Citizen

The youthful Embakasi East MP is said to be behind the ugly scene that played at the Kenyatta University when students rudely bombarded Ugandan President Museveni with shouts and songs in praise of Kyadondo East MP Bobi Wine.

The calculated embarrassment was aimed at showing solidarity to the youthful Ugandan politicians.

A coalition of young politicians across East Africa is building up to dislodge the perceived old guards.

Deafening shouts of ‘Bobi Wine Bobi Wine’ rented the air at the institution’s Amphitheater hall bringing the presidential address to a standstill for a better part of the programe .

The students are also seen yelling that the Ugandan president should respect human rights and step down.

Bobi Wine who was recently hosted into the country by Babu Owino   received a hero’s reception at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and good moment for the rest of his stay in the country where he freely mingled with the youth.
