Banks with Sacco and borrow, teachers urged

Kwetu Sacco Supervisory Chairperson Schola Kyeti has asked teachers to bank with the Sacco because it offers convenient services.

Speaking at Kibwezi she told them that it is easy to borrow from the Sacco, unlike from banks which only lend business people but not teachers.

“We are kindly waiting for you to come and borrow money from our institution and not banks. We focus a lot on you people,” said Kyeti.

She said the waiting period after loan application at the Sacco is only two hours and they are good to go and encouraged teachers to bank with them.

Kyeti added that the Sacco has a lot of money for teachers to borrow and urged them to take loans.

“Through loans many people have acquired and fulfilled so many things they could not do with their monthly salary,” said Kyeti.
