Radio presenter and telecast Bonnie Musambi has announced his exit from Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC).

Bonnie took to Instagram to break the news, saying that he will make public his newfound home in January 2022.

“Early next year, I will be exiting KBC which has been my wonderful home for the last 14 years. God willing, I will be detailing this on Monday 10th January 2022 during my radio show Zinga, on Radio Taifa,” wrote Musambi.

He joined KBC in 2007 and started gracing the screens in November 2009, hosting Swahili Shows and news bulletins. His Swahili eloquence made him garner many fans across the country.

In 2016, he disclosed that he is set to become the Kitui Senator in 2022. Bonnie stated that he believed that he is a good leader, and he will be able to deliver to his people when he is elected to hold the office which is currently occupied by Enoch Wambua.

Bonnie is married to a beautiful wife, Betty Mwende, and together have a daughter named Lovelyne Mutanu.

Months ago, he was the talk of the town when he gifted his wife a brand new Mercedes Benz, E-class, on her birthday.

“I have ordered something small but good, it’s a Mercedes E-250. You will drive a Mercedes E-250 and until the car comes, with my love for her, let her enjoy herself with a cheque of Ksh 1 Million,” Bonnie said during his wife’s birthday.
