A 58-year-old businessman has been charged before a Nairobi court over allegations of sending nude photos to a woman
Sandeef Rajnikant Desai appeared before Kibera Chief Magistrate Abdul Lorot and denied the charge.
Prosecution alleges Desai that on July 5, this year at unknown place communicated to Linda Thorpe through the email.
According to the charge sheet presented before court, Desai sent nude images to Thorpe through his email which he knew his conduct was grossly offensive and affects Thorpe.
He was released on a bond of Sh 50,000 or cash bail of Sh 30,000.
The matter was reported to Parklands Directorate of Criminal investigations.
Thorpe and investigating office Corporal Gerald Kamwaro are listed among witnessesin the case
The case will be mentioned on September 3.
