Talented video editor Cliff Moses was found dead on Saturday, with initial indications suggesting that he died by suicide.
The digital journalist worked with Citizen TV until two months ago when he resigned abruptly.
Cliff had attempted suicide before, according to friends.
They claimed that shortly after resigning from Citizen, he tried to take own life unsuccessfully. He was at one point taken to the hospital.
The journalist, on the other hand, appears to have predicted his coming death in the last few videos he made on his TikTok page.
Cliff can be seen vaping and listening to A Great Big World’s song “Say Something” in one of the videos.
Cliff can be heard lip-syncing the words, “The truth is, I overheard you abandoning me. And you don’t think that had an effect on me? That nonsense destroyed my heart.”
As the video fades to black, we hear the song chorus of the mournful ‘Say Something’ playing in the background.
He is said to have been battling depression for some time.
Friends described him as a cool guy, though an introvert.
