CS Mucheru distances himself from election rigging claims

Information and Communication Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru has distanced himself from claims that he was part of those planning to rig the August 9th president elections. Mucheru said he has every right to endorse a candidate of his choice and such a move should not be linked to claims of rigging as he has no mandate in managing the elections.
