Deliven Enovk Moses charged with preparing fake COVID-19 results for different people

Deliven Enovk Moses has pleaded not guilty to 12 counts of making false COVID-19 patients test reports for different persons purporting them to be genuine documents from Kenyatta National Hospital.

It is alleged that the offenses were committed between July 5, 2020 and July 6, 2020.


He is also charged with one count of uttering a forged document.

He has been released on a cash bail of Ksh. 100,000 and directed to provide one contact as surety.

He was charged with a second file which has over 10 counts of forging COVID-19 results of different persons at different places within Nairobi County.

For these counts he was directed to deposit cash bail of Ksh. 150,000.
