The Energy Petroleum and Regulatory Authority (EPRA) is now engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure petroleum road transportation related accidents are minimized. EPRA is in the process of reviewing requirements for petroleum road transportation Licenses, Tanker Permits and Driver Certificates after weekend’s accident involving two tankers loaded with export-bound petroleum in Kakamega County.
