Comedian Eric Omondi has taken the internet by storm after parading his new rate card charges. According to the self-proclaimed president of comedy, anyone who needs his entertainment services will have to spend Ksh500,000 and above.
Eric says that for him to perform shirtless, the fee is Ksh750,000. The normal fully dressed attire will be Ksh 500,000. This might be a big blow to club owners, especially those who treasure celebrity appearances to attract customers.
Upon sharing the details on his Instagram page, fellow celebrities and a few of his fans applauded him for the ‘big move’. However, some questioned if he was trying to copying Tanzanian artiste Diamond Platnumz, who’s known for his shirtless performances.
He has unveiled the new charges after his grand performance at Roxy Lounge in Utawala, Nairobi, which attracted a large turnout. Eric was escorted by heavily built bouncers. He announced that in his next appearance his security team would be dressed in unique clothes and not suits.

Unfortunately, due to unavoidable circumstances, he didn’t arrive in a chopper as promised and instead a Range Rover.
