ETHIOPIAN CHARGED WITH SH6 MILLION FRAUD.
Ethiopian Liban Mohamed Yusuf before Milimani Law Courts.

An Ethopian businessman has been charged with obtaining goods electrical goods worth over 6 million shillings by false pretenses.

Liban Mohamed Yusuf appeared before Milimani Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi and denied the charges.

Yusuf is alleged to have obtained the assorted electrical goods valued at Sh 6,672,567 from Reshman International Limited.

Yusuf is alleged to have committed the offense on diverse dates between February and August 9, 2021 at Reshman offices in Westlands, Nairobi, jointly with others not before court.

Yusuf was released on a bond of Sh 3 million with alternative cash bail of Sh 1 million.
