Amid calls for the sack of Jose Mourinho, the former owner of Tottenham football club of England Alan Sugar has called for the return of Mauricio Pochettino.

A 0-0 draw to Bournemouth has got the club supporters furious as Spurs laboured all through the entire match against a side yet to record a win since the restart.

Jose Mourinho’s men rarely threatened the opponents who are rooted in the relegation zone; they also conceded nine goals in their previous two games.

It would have been worse but Bournemouth’s goal at the last minute was ruled out by VAR and during the game Lord Sugar tweeted: “Come on wake up Spurs”.

After the full time, the furious former boss added: “Come back Poch !” – and following Sugar’s tweets some fans even jokingly called for him to buy the club again.

And another quipped: “Get together a few of your boys and buy the club”

After the game on Thursday at the Vitality stadium, unimpressed Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho walked out of the post-match conference after he blamed technical difficulties.

The ‘Special One’ was expected to react to the just concluded game after his side failed to grasp all crucial three points in a bid to boost their chances of reaching European competition next season.

Drama ensued when the Tottenham boss left the conference without responding to any question.

A voice is heard asking Mourinho: “Hello Jose, can you hear me?” Oddly enough, Jose instantly replied “no” – before taking off his headphones and leaving.

Legit.ng earlier reported that Tottenham stars were caught unawares after Jose Mourinho was announced as their new manager hours after Mauricio Pochettino was sacked.

In the yet-to-be-released documentary, ‘All or Nothing’ series with Amazon, the behind the scenes footages is what fans would love to see.

Players were caught on camera with different reactions after the announcement was made. Eric Dier and teammates were stunned in disbelief while they were in the canteen.

Former Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen was also shocked and kept a straight face. It shows that Spurs stars were not prepared to get another manager that soon.
