Helen Nkaissery appointed to steer Azimio campaigns in Kajiado

Ms Nkaissery, the widow to former Interior CS the late Joseph Nkaissery says she is equal to the task bestowed on her considering she had previously campaigned for her late husband as an Mp.

She said for the Jubilee Government under President Kenyatta to have considered her, it illustrates the government commitment to empower women politically and give them a voice.

Though not habouring any political aspirations for now, Ms Nkaissery said she will join hands with local leaders to rally the electorates behind Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition.

Ms Nkaissey insisted Raila Odinga is the best bet to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.

She reached out to leaders in Azimio to unite ahead of polls to be able to capture most of the elective posts in the county.

Azimio la Umoja One Kenya supporters lauded the appointment saying its an honour for the community.
