The surprise arrest of Pastor Nganga was conducted on Thursday night after the businessman reported the matter at Central police station.

Neno evangelism pastor James Nganga is expected to appear in Milimani Law Courts after his arrest on Thursday.

“He had agreed to pay but he has been delaying to honour that agreement. So we decided to process him and take him to court,” Central police commander Stanley Atavachi said.

Two weeks ago, he was arrested and charged with threatening to kill journalist Linus Kaikai

He was also charged with incitement to violence and disobedience of the law.

It’s like the ghost of Ms Mercy Njeri the woman who the pastor killed through dangerous driving in 2015 has come back to haunt him.

The televangelist was charged three years ago with dangerous driving after his car crashed head-on into a Nissan March on July 26, 2015 at Manguo area in Limuru, killing Ms Mercy Njeri, who was a passenger in the Nissan.

He was acquittal by Chief Magistrate Godfrey Oduor left Kenyans seething with anger.
