Huduma Center Eldoret rolls out instant birth certificates – KBC

Kenyans in Uasin Gishu County can now access instant birth certificates from Huduma Center Eldoret.

The system which was Wednesday rolled out will assist in the production of instant birth certificates.

According to management, the move is aimed at enhancing efficient accessibility by drastically reducing the customer journey and optimizing turn-around time on the issuance of both the birth and death certificates.

This comes days after all 47 Huduma Kenya Centers introduced pension services.

The one-stop-shop for government services will now enable pensioners’ to access the services in one station.

The services include change of pay point, claiming a returned pension, real-time status for pension applications, claiming dependents pension, obtain a print out of pension remittance reports, reporting the death of a deceased pensioner and obtain a print out of annual tax reports to enable pensioners to file tax returns.
