I lost 7 years worth of memories,’ Heartbroken Lizz Ntonjira shares

Former news anchor, Liz Ntonjira, is still counting her losses, after losing her official Instagram account.

According to Liz, she was hacked two days ago, losing over 15,000 avid followers in the process.

Liz is now back up and running with a new handle (@lizzntonjira) which has so far garnered over 2k followers.

Breaking the sad news to her worrying followers, Liz spoke about her heartbreak for losing 7 years of memories and hard work, towards growing her account.

She wrote,

I got hacked last night on Instagram and lost 7 years worth of memories, thousands of hours of engagement with my followers & and over 15.5k of avid followers. You can imagine my 💔 especially with a launch date coming up on 29.08.20.20.
As much as this is extremely disappointing, it’s an opportunity for a new beginning so I’m happy to create more memories on this new account and occasionally relive past memories.
Looking forward to our engagement.

In a different post, Liz remains confident that she will eventually emerge victorious, after the phase is over given the fact that she has an upcoming launch.

First, it was stolen identity/impersonation- now account being hacked God is really up to something or the devil wouldn’t be fighting me this hard.
I’m going to win this battle 💪🏿 the #countdown is still on!

Having clocked 2000 followers in such a short time, as she hit out at the hackers, she was also quick to thank her friends who have been promoting her new page.
