To worsen the matters his mother, Angeline  Okoth claimed, the late Okoth had no biological child except the adopted three and as things stand, One Ann Muthoni has come out with a son whom she claims the Late Ken sired.

She wants the son to be recognized as Okoth’s before burial takes place.

In obtaining the court order, she managed to convince the court she was left out of the burial arrangements and the court granted her prayers till August 9 when the dispute will be heard.

Through lawyer Elkana Mogaka Thumbi, Muthoni sued Okoth’s mum Angeline Okoth and wife Monica Okoth along with Lee funeral home.

The order stopping the burial and cremation was issued by Senior Principal Magistrate GA Mmasi.
