Kenya’s Ambassador to Qatar Paddy Ahenda dies

Kenya‘s Ambassador to Qatar Patrick ‘Paddy’ Ahenda is dead.

His family says the former Kasipul Kabondo Member of Parliament succumbed to heat stroke and passed away while receiving treatment at a hospital in Doha.

Ahenda is said to have died after spending the weekend in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

” May uncle’s soul test in eternal peace as we pray for comfort for his wife, Millicent, children, family and Joka Sajni clan in Jesus’ name. Amen,” Said his eldest bro Gabriel Ochanji Ahenda.

He served as Kasipul Kabondo MP between 2005 and 2007 on a Liberal Democratic Party ticket.

On twitter several people sent their condolences.
