Rapper King Kaka’s wife Nana Owiti has revealed the secret to their marriage in this era of social media clout chasing and scandalous DMs.

Nana who is a presenter on Switch TV said that she and her hiphop hubby don’t follw each other on social media.

This was not always the case. Nana said that when they started dating, they were friends on Facebook.

Initially, she followed him as his hardcore fan of his lyrical punchlines.

Nana went on to add that ‘commenting’ on other peoples post brought on unnecessary drama and FBI tendencies.

This led them to agree that unfollowing each other was the solution to a lasting relationship.

She said,

“When we started the relationship, we were friends on Facebook for a couple of days, and then we would always be like ‘hako kanakucommentia ni kanani hako?’ We were like, ‘you know what by the way si unfollowiana ya? By the way ujue naku-unfriend leo’…so I told him that and he said ‘sawa basi’.”

Nana added,

“And it has been like that… I have never followed King, he has never followed me, we don’t follow each other on Instagram… It’s not even a conversation at home. Ile siku tutapigana you guys will never know.”
