What are the odds that two different car thieves would be arrested on the same day, at the same time due to their recklessness?
Well, on Monday, July 6, a police car chase in Oregon, US, ended with two drivers, driving stolen cars, being apprehended after they crashed into each other.
According to Newberg -Dundee Police, the incident took place when police responded to a report of a stolen car, a Toyota Land Cruiser, that was being driven in the town.
The suspect attempted to escape the police but ended up crashing into another car, a Buick Regal, and was immediately taken into custody.
The police then realised that the Buick Regal was also stolen from a totally different crime and had been missing for about three weeks.
The driver was immediately arrested and found to be under the influence.
The Toyota thief was identified as 27-year-old Randy Lee Cooper and was charged with the unauthorised use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police, reckless driving plus other charges.
As for the Buick, the suspect was recognised as 25-year-old Kristin Nicole and was charged with driving under the influence and unauthorised use of a motor vehicle.
What a day!

The owner of the car reported to police that his property was missing and a few hours later, a police officer spotted the car being driven by Surena.
When she was first arrested, she refused to tell the policemen her real name saying she was singer Beyonce Knowles until they had to use a fingerprint scanner to identify her.
