Matiang’i to chair security meeting comprising of senior police

Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i will Friday, June 3rd 2022 chair a security meeting comprising of senior police and National Government Administration Officers (NGAOs).

The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Administration Police Training College (APTC), Embakasi at 11.30 am.

Thereafter, the CS is also expected to be the guest speaker at the Anglican Murang’a South Diocese Cathedral in Kenol.

The discussion which is to commence at 2.30 pm will delve into a discussion on what role the church is playing in securing successful and peaceful elections.

Kenya’s next general election will take place on 9 August 2022.
