Deputy President William Ruto has promised to ensure that by the end of December 2022, every Kenyan will have access to National Hospital Insurance Fund cover if elected president. He said his administration would also pump 100 billion shillings towards creating jobs for youth and another 50 billion shillings to fund small scale traders to boost their businesses.
