Nairobi Water enhances online application portal – KBC

Nairobi City Water & Sewerage Company LTD (NCWSC) has Tuesday announced the enhancement of the Online Water Application Portal.

According to NCWSC customers will now be able to pinpoint the location of their premises on Google Maps.

This is an improvement from the previous process where customers were required to upload a map/drawing of their location.

Customers can also pay for their water application by dialling *888# on their mobile phone.
