Justice Antony Mrima of the High Court in Mombasa has directed that a case challenging Mombasa gubernatorial aspirant Mike Sonko decision to vie for Mombasa gubernatorial seat be forwarded to the Chief Justice to appoint a bench to hear it. This comes as the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission is restrained from processing Sonko’s papers.
