Famous prankster Nixon Andere alias Nicki Bigfish has been issued a 30-day vacation notice by his landlords after scorning them, together with their caretakers, in his latest prank video.
On his Instagram page, the crowned king of pranks shared an eviction letter dated March 7, notifying him to get out of the premises owned by Ndegwa & Gikonyo Holdings.
“Halo Mr. Nixon, I hope this finds you well. It is with deep regret that we wish to notify you of a vacation notice 30 days from today. This is after seeing a video clip doing rounds on social media, including the estate’s WhatsApp group of you mocking and making fun of caretakers and landlord,” the letter reads in part.
In the stated video, Nicki Bigfish slams caretakers for their inability to comprehend what the tenants are going through economically. He says that they are fond of closing people’s houses and cutting electricity connections even when they delay to pay rental arrears even by a day.
Further, he noted that they are heartless con artists who after failing to pay for trash bags, they organise goons to beat you up.
Nicki Bigfish tried to contact his landlord to understand that the video was created for entertainment purposes, but he was told off as the landlord maintained that he should leave before the one-month grace period elapses.
“Kula ujeuri yako. Inafaa uheshimu mahali unalala. Prank fanyia kwa kiwanja sio kwa nyumba yangu,” the landlord wrote in a WhatsApp conversation with Nicki Bigfish.
During the eviction process, Ksh40,000 is to be deducted from his deposit for repainting the house.
