President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally spoken on his possible successor in the next 2022 elections seemingly pitying his Deputy William Ruto and handshake partner Raila Odinga as the much anticipated frontiers.

Speaking during the Jubilee party parliamentary meeting convened at State House on Tuesday 2 May with National Assembly Members, President Kenyatta stated that he will pass the supremacy baton to who supports and values his legacy.

“I will be happy to know that the person I will be passing the baton to is part of my agenda,” Uhuru said at State House.

The Head of State further asserted that there is no way he will rally behind someone who is undermining his agenda for a better Kenya.

“Why do you go all over abusing me and hauling all manner of insults at me, for once, if you do not respect me why then can’t you respect the institution of the presidency,” the President added.

This came after the President told Mount Kenya politicians two years ago that his 2022 presidential choice will shock many.
