Bringing up children can be quite interesting, and especially, for first-time parents.

It’s even more exciting for first-time fathers, and especially when their firstborns are daughters.

Well, things are not any different for youthful gospel artiste DK Kwenye Beat, real name, David Kilonzo.

The Sari Sari hitmaker together with his wife, Shanice, welcomed their firstborn daughter eight months ago.

And the young father is excited about embracing his own blood.

DK is always spotted with his daughter and also pens down sweet messages for her on social media.

He is, no doubt, overwhelmed with the love for his little princess.

And today, 9th August, was no exception.

He took to his IG to note that having a family and loving it made him understand how big his heart was.

“There are places in your heart you don’t even know that exist until you have and love your family,” he captioned their sweet family photo

He has completely assumed his fatherhood role and he seems to be really enjoying it.

“A happy family is but an earlier heaven.” he posted recently.

The proud father accompanies his wife to the hospital every time she takes the baby.

DK was quite happy when the couple welcomed their bundle of joy early this year.

“When they say good things are for free, I say thank you God. We have travelled a long journey of so many matters but now we are grateful for this bundle of joy that we have been blessed with,” he wrote.

He remains grateful to his wife for giving him this most amazing blessing that is a child.

“My heartfelt gratitude to my love for adding a reason of joyous moments in 2021 by giving us a baby. Kayley Leilani Kilonzo, it is truly a blessing to be your father and your mum’s chosen one,” he concluded.
