Racism at Nairobi City Hospital Exposed

Workers at Bliss medical centre,an outpatient provider are blaming one of the directors Dr Shalya of poor management and practising racism.Workers openly state that the management underpays them and has embarked on massive expansion that is all aimed at luring patients to mint millions from insurance firms.

African staff are discriminated against in favour of Asians.The Asians have dubious work permits.Their academic qualifications are also suspect.Kenyans earn less compared to the unqualified Asian colleagues.
