Radio Queen Muthoni Wa Kirumba Leaves Kameme FM Abruptly

Popular Kameme FM presenter Muthoni wa Kirumba has called it quits.

The journalist announced her exit in a social media post this evening.

She has been at the station for more than a decade.

It’s been good working with kameme fm for 12 good years of laughter and love. Thanks to my listeners. It has been awesome. Thank you Kameme, it’s time to Say Good Bye,” she wrote.

However, she did not reveal her next move.

The bubbly media personality started to host the afternoon show before she was moved to the mid-morning programme in 2016.

She has been co-hosting Canjamuka show with comedian Kihenjo. They have been described as one of the best radio couple in the country.

The mother one of one is among presenters with huge followings on social media.

Fans have expressed disappointment, with some advising her to rescind her decision.
