President Uhuru Kenyatta is not yet done with reorganizing his Jubilee Party.

New details have emerged of the Head of State’s ambitious plan of making sure the ruling party is clean from within, even as he plots his 2022 move. President Kenyatta has embarked on changing the party’s NEC and the axe has landed on Soy MP Caleb Kositany.

”The party must have only the most loyal and those committed to President Uhuru’s agenda. We are taking no prisoners. If he has to go, he will go. We do not want any distractions on the president’s agenda,” said David Murathe.

Kositany had earlier predicted his axing and said he was not willing to serve in a party like Jubilee, which he says has been tribalized.

The MP claimed the ruling party had morphed from what they had envisioned, to a dictatorial outfit where members are not listened to.

President has nothing personal with anyone. All he wants is to develop the country and we will work with like-minded people to achieve that,” said Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju.
