Socialite Amber Ray Confirms She’s no Longer Dating Matatu Boss Jimal Roho Safi

Could they all be out clout chasing?

Days after matatu boss Jimal Roho Safi deactivated his Instagram account, socialite Amber Ray has confirmed that the two are no longer an item. Through a question and answer session (Q&A) on Amber’s Instagram stories, she revealed that they were unable to amicably resolve their differences. 

However, she did not disclose the real reason why the two suddenly parted ways. It was alleged that Jimal had gone back to his first wife Amira and that the latter had been spotted driving her husband in their Range Rover.

On being asked if she regrets fighting for Jimal on the fateful night that turned chaotic, she said that she was fighting for herself and not for the man. 

“Actually I was fighting for me. Ata saa hii mtu akinikanyaga napita na yeye (even now if someone crosses my lane I’ll deal with them),” she wrote.

The socialite, whose real name is Faith Makau, had posted a cryptic message that addressed her rumours about her being allegedly dumped.

“But why kill yourself over a dude that’s gonna be your brother when Jesus comes…#moyomashine # amberthebrand.”

Jimal has, however, maintained his silence on the matter.

Amira had predicted their breakup after she labelled their relationship as ‘maembe ni ya msimu’ meaning her (amber’s) time would end and she would be left.
